Expositor Article May 2 2001 The Jaycee Bears project gives bears to children in tramatizing situations. It might be in an ambulance or at a shelter. Sometimes, children will point to where they hurt on the bear making it easier for emergency personnel to identify potential problem areas.

The program is currently funded by grants from the Kelly Foundation, previous grants from Raymond Industrial Equipment and your local JCI Brantford chapter.
